Cell C and global leading ICT solution provider Huawei are partnering to help transition the South African mobile operator into a digital lifestyle company, at the centre of which is an improved user experience.
This follows the launch of the BSS (Business Support Systems) Transformation project and co-operation aimed at providing end users with an enhanced digital experience, allowing Cell C to evolve from a traditional Mobile Service Provider to a modern Technology Company.
In today's rapidly evolving digital world, Cell C recognises the pivotal role that its IT systems play in achieving its ambition of becoming a customer-centric, digital lifestyle company. To reset the organisation into the new way of doing business, IT systems must be flexible to enable digital services and customer experience improvements. The partnership with Huawei, a leading global BSS solution provider with a wealth of experience in various markets, will help achieve that.
In this transformation, Huawei will deploy a Cloud Native BSS Solution across Cell C's different business lines and customer segments, thereby improving its agility and modernising its BSS in readiness for future business roll outs.
