HIRING
PROCESS

THE CELL C RECRUITMENT PROCESS IS ROBUST AND THOROUGH AS WE ENDEAVOUR TO PLACE THE BEST POSSIBLE CANDIDATE IN ALL OUR ROLES

The process will commence with a screening conversation conducted by the human resources (HR) representative.

Should the candidate meet the minimum criteria for the role, their application will be referred to the hiring manager.

The first interview is usually a panel interview that includes the hiring manager, a peer selected by the hiring manager, and an HR representative.

If selected as a potential candidate for the role, the applicant will be interviewed by the hiring manager’s superior. The candidate may also be interviewed by a senior HR representative to check culture fit.

The candidate will have to undergo psychometric assessments to ensure they possess all the competencies required for the role.
